Duties of Officer
a. To act as private Secretary of the General Manager of the Provident Fund and of the Administrative Secretary.

b. Responsible for the issue of magazine “Xenodohoypalilos” ( “Hotel Employee”)

c. Responsible to coordinate all the events held by the Fund, including the Annual General Meeting of the members.

d. Responsible to keep record of all office correspondences.

e. Responsible for the correspondence of the fund in respect of: 
Outgoing correspondence: All outgoing correspondence including handwriting notes on letter paper of the Fund must be approved by the General Manager before sending. All the communication must be explanatory, precise and comply with the policy of the company.

f. Keeping of record of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Collections from employers

a. Updating of the Register of Hotels in respect of the monthly collection

b. Monitoring of the register and location of overdue payments from the hotels and consultation with the General Manager for the adoption of corrective measures:
• Letter sent by the Fund
• Letter sent by the lawyer for arranging the repayment manner
• Relegation to the court

c. Telephone contact to remind them to settle payment
d. Location of matters and their clarification in cooperation with the General Manager.

e. Contact with the accounting departments of the hotels delaying payment and preparation of statements containing pending amounts due to the Provident Fund as well as the interest rate to be charged, for the purpose of entering into an agreement for repayment through the lawyer.
f. Dispatch of information statement once per month to SEK and PEO Unions to contain the payments of hotels and the agreements / time tables for the repayment of the overdue amounts.

Collections for Rents

a. Preparation of monthly statements of rent collections with regards to the buildings owned by the Fund which are located at the Makarios Avenue and Foti Pitta Street

b. Control of the delays in the payments of rents/ communal expenses and contact with the tenants.

c. Preparation of statements for communal expenses for the buildings owned by the Fund.

d. Control of the contracts signed between the Fund and the tenants of the buildings.
