Policy
The policy of our organization constitutes an integral part of the daily activities.
Objectives
Our objectives are both short-term and long-term. The policy of the Fund is reviewed on an annual basis and defines the long-lasting objectives. These objectives are carried out by the human recourse of the Fund.
Assignment of Duties
The persons – officers of the Fund have their own competences and duties which are assigned by the General Manager and the Administrative Secretary. Our experience taught us that when duties and responsibilities are clearly specified, then the works are carried out in the best possible way and with passion by the officers of the Fund.
Specialization
Every person belonging to the personnel of the Fund is specialized for its field. The personnel of the accounting department, the department of Contributions and Withdrawals, the department of Loans and Cheques, the department of the Management of the Fund are specialized for specific tasks which constitute as a whole significant elements for the smooth operation of the Fund.
Education
The education is the most important element demonstrating the quality of the service provided by the Fund. The continuous and prompt education of all departments and all officers is requisite condition for the proper operation of the Fund. The seminars, presentations and trainings are included daily in the program of the Fund. The knowledge is the first and paramount element for leading each organization to success.
Communication
The proper communication between the various departments and the Management of the Fund is decisive for the success of the business procedure. This procedure contains three constitutive elements:
1.The information provided by the Management
The information provided by the management assists to the management of the procedures, that is to provide continuous information related to the principles, codes of conduct and information demonstrating the performance in respect of the aggregate objectives of the Fund.
2. Specialized information (studies, analysis etc)
The specialized information is comprehensive and provides to the officer the procedure to be implemented at other levels. Such information is used to collect opinions from all parties concerned, which assist in establishing the general policy.
3. Information provided by the officers
The information provided by the officers is important for everybody to understand the policy of the company, the procedures and the future developments.
Control
The Fund uses specified procedures to supervise the course of the existing procedures and the establishment of improvement methods. The control reveals any possible defaults and problems and offers to the company the possibility to make improvements and immediate corrections.
Improvements
At the end of each month, trimester and year, the Fund receives information from all constitutive elements. The results are communicated to the Management Committee which addresses to any possible problems and readjusts the policy of the Fund accordingly. The use of the Total Quality Management in all levels improves the general course of the Fund.
The procedures of managing the human recourse make use of the most lawful and democratic methods. The employees work hard and eventually achieve their goals.

- The signature for the email is always the same for everybody.
