Follow up contributions

With regards to the following up of the contributions, a statement of the hotels is kept containing the following information:

Names of hotels and number of members employed by them
Calculation of the amount of the overdue contributions per hotel
The time period during which the contributions remain overdue
Stage of facing the overdue contributions
Comments and action plan for their collection
