Our Fund is happy to inform you that, as part of its ongoing improvement strategy, in response to today’s needs, it has created and presents you with its digital platform where you can have direct, easy and quick access to your personal account, refer to information and submit loan and, in the near future, withdrawal applications, by attaching all necessary supporting documents online.
To be able to connect to the Fund’s digital platform, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the website www.hepfund.com.cy
- Go to Member login and then Insert your personal passwords which you will find at the bottom of your enclosed personal Fund account statement
- Go to Account Management and insert correctly all your personal contact details
- Go to Documents and upload both sides of your ID card
- In Account Management there is the possibility to change your secret password code, in something that only you will know.
